We want you to love your Rebuilt products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, email us at support@rebuiltskincare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@rebuiltskincare.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
